program in Pennsylvania's Department of Revenue allows older
Pennsylvanians, surviving spouses over fifty, and permanently disabled
citizens to lead fuller lives by restoring a portion of their limited
income.
What are the requirements
for the rent rebate (property tax rebate) program?
a. Income cannot exceed
$15,000
b. Must be 65 or older, married to same.
c. Widow or Widower ages 50 - 64.
d. Disabled and over 18 years of age.
e. Own and occupy same property/Real Estate tax receipt.
f. Rent and occupy same property/Rent receipts or landlord signature.
g. One check per household.
