When Calling an Ambulance
- Remain calm. Call the
ambulance service and tell them exactly what the problem is
and your exact location (give apartment and floor number
too).
- If in a building, immediately
after calling the ambulance, send the elevator to the main
entrance level.
- If at home, turn the front
porch light on and unlock the front door.
- Learn basic first-aid and
cardiopulmonary resuscitation to save another person's life.
